"Don't ask questions" is one of the basic rules of improvisation, wrong as all so-called "rules" generally are with very few exceptions. Questions are fundamental in what we do! We learn to recognize their value, to distinguish between those that are necessary, those that are useful, those that are useless, and those to avoid.
