In an improvisation that works, we are never alone, even when we feel lost. Trust is not an abstract feeling, but a muscle that is trained through three key areas: trust in oneself (accepting your instinct), trust in others (believing your partner will always have your back), and trust in the situation (inhabiting the void without rushing to fill it). This workshop explores the subtle boundary between "trusting" and "challenging" oneself: daring to make honest, vulnerable choices, knowing that failure is just a new direction. Through exercises in listening and handling the unexpected, we will learn to transform the fear of the unknown into the joy of shared discovery.
