Bio

Lauren Berning has been performing improv for nearly 30 years and teaching for over 20. She is the founder of TBC Improv (Barcelona), an international company built on collaboration, trust, and the belief that improv principles can transform communication. Inspired by Keith Johnstone, her style is playful yet grounded, focused on personal growth. She co-ran the Creative Approach conference and launched Improving the World, celebrating women in improv. Lauren builds communities that value presence, generosity, and joy — the essence of thriving improv.
